Thank you Harrison – you’re absolutely right, but if you read what I wrote carefully you will see that I did admit that and explained that idioms don’t always follow the conventional rules of grammar. But thank you for your comment.

‘out’ is the verb.

Later, after reading the Gospel of John in the Holy Bible, I noticed the recurring theme of truth and the behavior of truth throughout the Gospel of John. The spiritual behavior of truth has significance from number theory. The truth is one-to-one (that is, one dog = 1 dog, two dogs = 2 dogs, etc). The truth is “the truth”, a man is “a man”, and a woman is “a woman”. Because the word is “the word”.
Secondly, anyone studying behavioral sciences will notice the one-to-one correspondence between “a true believer believes the truth”. “One does as one is, and one is as one does.” This has basis in formal logic within ‘truth tables’ as well as rhetoric (also known as ‘argumentation’, ‘persuasion’, and ‘influence’) known as “Antimetabole”.

When language itself is no longer one-to-one, the breakdown in language begets a breakdown in communication.

If there is a breakdown in communication, surely, there is a breakdown in language not being one-to-one though it is one-to-one.

The truth will out.
